The Experience
I can help you hold onto precious moments by providing a relaxed and meaningful session. I believe in having fun during the photo session, really getting to know you and your family, and creating beautiful photographs and memories you will treasure forever.
Once you get in touch, I will reply with session availability including times and dates. Indoor sessions are held around noon, and outdoor sessions are scheduled during the golden hour which is two hours before sunset.

Once you've browsed my portfolio and decided you want me to take your portraits, fill out my contact form and tell me all about you and the photos you want. I want all the details you have in mind and what kind of images you’re looking to create. Studio sessions can be scheduled any time of the day. Outdoor sessions are scheduled about 2 hours before sunset when the natural light is the best.
Keep in mind that I often book 1-2 months ahead, so the sooner you get in touch, the better.

I'll share an online contract for you to review and sign. Once I have received your retainer, your session is officially booked! That’s when the planning starts. I’ll send over a guide on how to get the most out of your photo session, including a Style Guide for outfit inspiration. You can also feel free to text me your outfit possibilities so that I can give you guidance on what to wear and what photographs best. Together, we will find a location that is best for your session (and one suited to your little ones in the case of family portraits).

I know the day of the shoot can be stressful, but don’t worry! I will guide you and your family through the process, and we will have some fun along the way. The sessions are relaxed and fun, and they capture real emotion between you and your family!
4. GALLERY DELIVERY!
TIME TO TAKE OFF THE VEIL AND SEE THOSE PHOTOS!
7 - 10 days after your session, I will email you a beautiful gallery to review. You can select which photos you would like to purchase, or you can purchase the whole gallery. Your online gallery is password protected, and you can share your personalized gallery link with friends and family. Everything is done online at your convenience.

Now that you have new, beautiful family portraits, it’s time to fill up your home with prints to show off to all your friends and family! You can order professional prints directly from your gallery, which I highly recommend because the quality is unmatched as they come from a professional lab and are of the highest quality and gorgeous!

To secure your session, a $250 session fee and a signed contract are required. The session fee covers the time, talent and editing of the photographer, as well as access to the client closet and styling services.
The session fee is non-refundable.
Photo Sessions are up to two-hours. I feel anything less adds stress to the client and myself, and my goal is to create lasting memories, while having fun!
All portrait sessions are shot in my studio or an outdoor location we agree upon. I am happy to share my favorite places. Studio session clients have full access to the client closet & props.
Artwork is sold separately and can be ordered through your private online gallery. Please inquire for more detailed package and pricing information, and be sure to ask about the "Corporate Headshot Refresh."

This is the first time we worked with a professional photographer and it was worth every penny. We wanted to capture the puppyhood of our goldendoodle and CanDee made it all so easy and smooth. She was very proactive starting from color scheme guidance to getting a squeaky toy to grab our puppy's attention. She was very punctual not only for the shoot but also in setting up the gallery. She was extremely patient with our puppy which was very important to us given he is just a puppy. Overall, it was a very very pleasant evening and a beautiful experience working with Candee.
